How the Commission Process Works:

1. Inquiry:
   Get in touch via my website or email (susanmcmillanart@gmail.com) or even DM me on social media with your idea—whether it’s a favourite landscape, seascape, or animal portrait.

2. Consultation:
   We’ll discuss your vision, preferred size, medium (oil or watercolour), and any special details.

3. Quote & Deposit:
   I’ll provide a quote based on your requirements. A 30% deposit secures your commission.

4. Concept Approval:
   I’ll share a preliminary sketch or composition for your feedback before starting the final piece.

5. Creation:
   I’ll keep you updated with progress photos as your artwork comes to life.

6. Final Approval & Payment:
   Once complete, you’ll receive a photo of the finished piece. The balance is due before delivery.

7. Delivery:
   Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address, ready to hang and enjoy.
